Designed to mark Liberty’s 150th anniversary, Liberty Hypernova is an exclusive capsule collection by Frida Giannini. Hosted in Liberty London’s central atrium, the event celebrated Hypernova with the energy and glamour of Studio 54.
We worked with Liberty to curate elevated canapés, food stations and bespoke cocktails.
Elite waiters served canapés on polished silver trays, including Ruffled Radish with Whipped Goats’ Cheese Buckwheat Tarts and Beetroot & Coriander Hummus Won Tons, drawing on the colours from the collection. Guests gathered at the caviar station for caviar bumps or blinis, while a roaming oyster shucker provided oysters on demand, adding a playful touch of theatre.
Finishing with dessert, in true Studio 54 fashion, a take on an ’80s classic, Jelly & Cream with Maraschino cherries.
We developed custom Hypernova cocktails, incorporating the core campaign colours, purple, blue, black and gold, with branded ice cubes and custom engraved citrus peel, branded touch points encouraging tasteful guest photos.
The Violette Negroni was the highlight of the menu, a vibrant, floral twist. It was served alongside Hypernova 75 and Roebuck, Liberty’s English sparkling wine partner.
